Responsibilities:
Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and pricing recommendations.
Market properties through listings, advertising, and open houses.
Coordinate and conduct property viewings and client meetings.
Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts on behalf of clients.
Maintain excellent client relationships and manage transactions from start to finish.
Requirements:
Experience in real estate (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Professional, motivated, and customer-focused.
