The Real Estate Sales Agent is responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate property information
Conduct property viewings and maintain schedules
Support clients through the buying, selling, or renting process
Prepare and review contracts, forms, and required documents
Maintain updated knowledge of available listings and market conditions
Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams
Update the CRM system with client details and activity records
Follow all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions
Meet assigned performance targets related to client management and completed deals
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar role
Knowledge of local real estate regulations and procedures
Valid real estate license if required by local laws
Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
Valid driver's license and access to transportation (if required for property visits)
Work Environment
The role may require travel for property viewings
