Role Overview

We are looking for

experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Executives

to join our growing team. This is a

commission-only position

, ideal for professionals who are driven by results and eager to maximize their earning potential in Dubai's thriving property market.

Key Responsibilities

? Prospect and generate leads for residential, commercial, and off-plan properties
? Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance to clients
? Negotiate and close deals effectively
? Maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
? Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements

1-2 years of proven experience in real estate sales

(UAE market experience preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Knowledge of the local real estate market and regulations is an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred
