The Real Estate Sales Agent is responsible for generating property sales through direct client engagement and collaboration with brokers. The role involves identifying potential buyers, managing property listings, negotiating transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate regulations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Management
Achieve target-driven Sales numbers.
Develop and maintain a network of qualified buyers, investors, and brokers.
Manage the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure ongoing relationships.
Broker Relations
Collaborate with external brokers to maximize property exposure and sales potential.
Coordinate joint listings, offers, and co-brokerage agreements.
Maintain an updated database of active brokers in the Dubai market.
Market Research and Reporting
Monitor current real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
Advise management on potential sales strategies and marketing opportunities.
Compliance and Documentation
Ensure all sales activities comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
Prepare and verify all sales documents, agreements, and payment schedules.
Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to complete transaction requirements.
Customer Service
Provide clients with professional advice on market conditions, property features, and investment opportunities.
Handle client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Support clients throughout the purchasing process until handover.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum
3 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
.
Have a
client and broker network/database
within the UAE market.
Knowledge of RERA laws, property documentation, and Dubai Land Department procedures.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
RERA Certification (an advantage).
