Who You Are (Requirements):



You are already based in

Dubai

and familiar with the city's property landscape. You have

1+ years

of real estate sales experience in the UAE market. You are a skilled negotiator and a natural-born closer. You are proficient with property portals (Property Finder, Bayut) and tech-savvy. You are fluent in

English

. Knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Farsi, Hindi) is a huge plus. You are self-motivated, resilient, and possess an unwavering positive attitude.
