Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive who can confidently manage leads, close deals, and eventually lead a small sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle fresh leads daily and maintain timely follow-ups.
Conduct client meetings, property tours, and online consultations.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
Guide, train, and motivate junior team members.
Maintain CRM accuracy and daily reports.
Coordinate with marketing and admin teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
Minimum 7-8 years of real estate sales experience (Dubai market preferred).
Proven success in off-plan and secondary property sales.
Strong Hindi and Urdu communication skills with fluent English.
Excellent negotiation, closing, and leadership ability.
Must be based in Dubai or ready to relocate.
