We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate agent to join our brokerage team. The ideal candidate will actively generate leads, manage clients and close property deals efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through multiple channels including networking, referrals and CRM systems.
Conduct Market research to identify property opportunities for clients
Schedule and conduct property viewings, highlighting features and benefits.
Advice clients on property market conditions, price and mortgages.
Negotiate sales and rental agreements between buyers, sellers and tenants.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain and update all client interactions, property listings, and sales progress in CRM.
Track performance metrics through CRM including leads converted, appointments scheduled and deals closed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and timely property handovers
Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, market trends and competitor activities.
Attend team meetings , training sessions and marketing events as required.
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Real Estate
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused professional and highly motivated
Proficiency with CRM systems and understanding of lead management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
