Your Role

Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals efficiently Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices Generate leads via social media, networking, and personal branding Share content consistently on Instagram, TikTok, or other platforms Maintain accurate records of all leads in our CRM system daily

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills in English Confident, presentable, and comfortable on camera Active on at least one social media platform Previous real estate experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to succeed Strong negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills

Earnings Potential

Top-performing agents can close multiple deals each month, with commissions ranging from AED 20,000 to 100,000+ depending on effort, consistency, and lead generation.
