Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan properties to investors and end users Build and maintain strong client relationships Stay updated with developer launches, payment plans, and project details Attend property events, client meetings, and project presentations

Requirements:

Proven experience of 6 months to 1 year in real estate sales (off-plan experience preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Valid UAE driving license is an advantage English proficiency (other languages a plus)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Daily tasks include networking, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service. Agents will also be responsible for staying updated on market trends and ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory standards.
