We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Real Estate Sales Agent

to join our growing team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. You will guide clients through the entire real estate process, from property search to closing deals, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist buyers and sellers in property transactions (residential, commercial, or rental). Conduct market research to determine property values and trends. List and promote properties through multiple channels (MLS, social media, online platforms, etc.). Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings. Prepare and review necessary documents such as contracts, leases, and deeds. Negotiate purchase agreements and manage transaction details. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, local market conditions, and financing options. Build and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other industry professionals. Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline using CRM tools or databases. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the brokerage.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred but not required). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in real estate software (MLS, CRM platforms) and Microsoft Office Suite. A strong understanding of property management, real estate law, and local market conditions.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
