Position: Real Estate Property Consultant (Freshers Welcome)





We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, real estate, and personal growth. No prior real estate experience is required -- full training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting



Reach out to potential clients through calls, online platforms, and networking.

Build and maintain a database of interested buyers and investors.

Property Advisory & Sales



Learn to promote and present off-plan and ready properties to clients.

Conduct property viewings and assist clients throughout the sales process.

Market Awareness



Stay informed about real estate trends, new projects, and pricing updates.

Continuously improve knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.

Client Relationship Management



Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication.

Provide professional after-sales service and support.

Target Achievement



Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

Contribute positively to the company's sales performance.

Requirements

Candidates looking to start a career in real estate are welcome.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for sales and customer service.

Self-motivated, confident, and goal-oriented personality.

Will be required to attend meetings, briefings, and project launches outside office premises.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

UAE driving license is an advantage.

Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages (Arabic, French, Russian, Hindi, etc.) is a plus.

Basic Salary: AED 1,000 - AED 1,500 per month.
