Maintain an organized database of leads and clients using the CRM system.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions, events, and property exhibitions.
Collaborate with RMs to gain priority access to high demand projects and negotiate better terms or allocations n for clients.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate industry .
Competitive commission slabs
Up to date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and emerging opportunities.
Strong core sales background with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Proficiency in multiple languages is highly preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
