Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
Conduct property viewings and manage client meetings
Generate new listings through networking and prospecting
Negotiate and close real estate transactions
Maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience (UAE experience preferred)
Valid UAE driving license and own car (mandatory)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
RERA certification is an advantage
