As a Real Estate Sales Agent with Gold Century, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions and connecting buyers and sellers. Your primary duties will include:
Prospecting and generating leads through various channels.
Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and property value.
Showcasing and marketing properties to potential buyers.
Negotiating and closing real estate transactions.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai.
A valid Real Estate Broker or Salesperson License from RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency).
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, property trends, and regulations.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of successful property sales.
Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
A valid UAE driving license and access to your vehicle.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
