Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with clients to understand their property needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals efficiently.
Stay updated on Dubai's real estate trends, new projects, and market opportunities.
Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to leverage branding, campaigns, and lead generation.
Maintain an organized client database using CRM.
Represent
NHD Real Estate
professionally at client meetings, events, and property exhibitions.
Work with relationship managers to secure priority access to high-demand projects and exclusive allocations.

Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in the UAE real estate industry.
Valid UAE
driving license
is a plus.
Strong sales background with proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and emerging opportunities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Multilingual candidates are highly preferred.
