ambitious and energetic Real Estate Sales Agents

who not only excel in sales but are also confident in front of the camera and comfortable with creating engaging video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively generate and convert leads through client networking and follow-ups Conduct property viewings and negotiations with potential buyers/tenants Create high-quality

property video tours, market updates, and social media content

Present on camera with confidence and professionalism Maintain up-to-date listings and client records Ensure punctuality, discipline, and a strong work ethic at all times

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience in real estate sales (or strong passion to grow in the field) Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Confident on-camera presence

- for video tours, client presentations, or social media Ability to

shoot and edit videos

(using phone or basic editing tools) - a strong plus Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Self-motivated, reliable, and result-driven attitude Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
