Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on property options, focusing on off-plan developments and investment opportunities.
Generate new leads through digital marketing, networking, and client referrals.
Arrange and conduct property tours and presentations, showcasing features and benefits.
Negotiate offers and finalize deals while ensuring smooth documentation and transactions.
Keep up-to-date with current and upcoming projects, market trends and payment plans.
Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and support.
Represent the company at property launches, exhibitions, and industry events.
