As we continue to grow, we are expanding our sales force and are looking for motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to join us as Real Estate Agents. Whether you have real estate experience or come from a sales background, if you have the hunger to succeed, we want to hear from you. What We're Looking For:

Sales experience (real estate background is a plus, but not mandatory)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset

Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a competitive market

UAE driving license (preferred, but not mandatory)

Multilingual abilities are a bonus

Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation

Provide clients with market knowledge and expert guidance through the buying, selling, or leasing process

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and best practices

Work closely with our in-house marketing, admin, and support teams to maximize performance
