Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, conducting site visits, managing properties, and providing expert advice on real estate investment opportunities. They will work with clients to identify their unique requirements and offer tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.
Qualifications
Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
Customer Service skills
Sales and Negotiation skills
Real Estate Development experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in Dubai's real estate market is preferred
Proficiency in Arabic language is a plus
Hindi/Urdu speaking is mandatory
