Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
Generate leads and maintain a strong client network.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
Prepare and present contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers to achieve win-win outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property listings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties.
Requirements:
Valid Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) license.
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends and laws.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
