What We Expect From You
Minimum
2-3 years of real estate sales experience
in Dubai/UAE
Proven track record
in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Deep knowledge of Dubai real estate communities, projects, and market trends
Strong skills in networking, negotiation, and client relationship building
Professional presentation and communication skills (English is a must, other languages are a plus)
Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
A self-starter who is goal-oriented, hardworking, and driven by results
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred, not mandatory)
