Job Description

Real Estate Agent

with at least 1 year of proven industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties. Conduct property listings, market research, and client viewings. Advise clients on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Negotiate offers, contracts, and agreements to achieve successful deals. Maintain strong client relationships and build a personal network to generate leads. Promote listings through online platforms, social media, and company marketing tools. Ensure compliance with property laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:



Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Real Estate Agent. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Good knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
