About the Role:
As part of our team, your main focus will be on selling off-plan projects from leading developers, along with ready properties for both sale and rent.
What you will do:
Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties in Dubai
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Arrange property viewings and follow up with leads
Stay updated on market trends and new project launches
Work towards monthly sales targets
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in real estate sales in Dubai is an advantage (but not a must)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; knowledge of another language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, etc.) is a plus
Self-motivated, with a positive and professional attitude
Presentable and well-spoken
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Familiarity with Dubai real estate procedures (RERA, DLD) is a plus
Understanding of off-plan payment plans and property handovers is an advantage
Having a valid UAE driving license and own car
Social media skills for promoting properties
