Sales Agents
who are passionate about real estate and eager to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell properties from various developers.
Generate, manage, and follow up on leads through calls, meetings, and networking.
Advise clients on property options, investment returns, and payment plans.
Conduct presentations, arrange site visits, and guide clients through the buying process.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Stay updated with the latest project launches and market trends.
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales (off-plan experience preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi (Additional languages are a plus)
Strong networking and client relationship-building skills.
Target-driven, ambitious, and self-motivated.
Preferred nationality: Indians and Pakistanis
