Job Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and provide expert guidance to clients looking to buy, sell, or invest in Dubai real estate.
Generate and convert leads through online platforms, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with complete and transparent information.
Maintain strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current listings, trends, and new project launches.
Build and sustain relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
Prepare sales agreements and assist clients through the documentation process.
Meet monthly targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in Real Estate sales
(UAE market highly preferred).
Solid background in both
secondary
and
off-plan
transactions.
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and processes.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online listing platforms.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
RERA certification is a plus.
