Position Overview
We are seeking
highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agents
with a proven track record in the Dubai property market. This role requires exceptional sales skills, a strong network of clients, and in-depth knowledge of Dubai's real estate trends and regulations.
Only candidates with prior Dubai real estate sales experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and close sales for off-plan and ready properties in Dubai.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
Conduct market research and property valuations.
Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, market trends, and new project launches.
Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure successful transactions.
Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term client trust.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of proven real estate sales experience in Dubai
(mandatory).
Strong sales track record.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai property market and RERA regulations.
Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred).
Exceptional negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
