Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell residential and/or commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and site visits with clients
Negotiate and close sales deals with clients and property owners
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and available listings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams for listing updates and marketing activities
Ensure legal and documentation processes are completed smoothly
Follow up with leads and manage inquiries professionally
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in real estate sales
Valid
driver's license
and own car
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
Professional appearance and behavior
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Fluent in
English
(Arabic is a strong advantage)
