Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and community developments. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online marketing. Show properties to potential buyers and provide detailed information about the property, location, and features. Prepare and present offers to sellers and buyers, negotiating terms to achieve the best outcomes. Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions. Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and title companies. Maintain accurate records of listings, contracts, and client interactions. Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and referrals. Attend real estate training, workshops, and networking events to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or a strong interest in the field. Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one). Strong knowledge of the local real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and online listing platforms. A professional and customer-focused attitude. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for property showings.
