Responsibilities & duties:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and preferences
Provide guidance and advice to clients on property investments and market trends
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential real estate investment opportunities
Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, real estate developers, and other industry stakeholders. Desired Candidate Profile
Required Skills:
With Driver License!!!
Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market
Sales and Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and negotiate favorable terms for clients
Communication: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all aspects of the deal are managed correctly
Ability to work independently and in a team
Fluency in English and any other relevant languages spoken in the local market
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
