Full :

Building and maintaining a strong client network

Sourcing and securing property listings

Conducting property viewings and negotiations

Advising clients on market trends (off-plan & secondary)

Achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs

Acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales cycle

Remain informed about evolving market dynamics and professional standards in real estate.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1-3 years of real estate experience (off-plan &secondary market preferred)

Proven expertise in rental management with a strong track record in overseeing day-to-day operations of property rentals.

Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills

Based in Dubai/UAE

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

Must hold a UAE valid driver's license

Must have own car for work-related duties

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
