Role Overview
Manage and convert
company-generated leads
into successful off?plan, resale, or rental transactions
Handle
your own client-sourced deals
across residential and commercial markets
Conduct property viewings, develop proposals, and maintain client relationships
Provide expert advice on UAE real estate regulations (RERA/DLD) and market dynamics
Coordinate paperwork, listings, and transaction logistics using provided CRM and admin tools
What We're Looking For
Minimum
3 years experience
in Dubai's real estate sector
Hold a valid
RERA license option
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, Russian or Ect.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and effective communicator
Commission & Benefits
Commission Structure:
60/40 split on all transactions (company provide leads)
