. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and nurture leads through personal networks and company-provided sources.
Handle the full sales/rental process, from lead qualification to property handover.
Conduct market research, property evaluations, and client needs analysis.
Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Maintain relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords.
Ensure all documentation and contracts comply with UAE laws and RERA regulations.
Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and transactions using CRM tools.

50% commission
on deals closed from
company-generated leads
60% commission
on deals closed from
self-generated (personal) leads

Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to closing deals
RERA certification (or willingness to obtain it)
Proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage
