Hiring Now: Experienced Real Estate Agents - Dubai

A respected and established real estate firm in Dubai is expanding and currently looking for experienced Real Estate Agents to join our high-performing sales team.

Location:

Dubai, UAE (Applicants must currently reside in Dubai)

Candidate Requirements:

At least 1 year of real estate sales experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary market) Proven track record in closing deals Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage) Familiarity with Dubai's luxury property sector

Commission Structure - Off-Plan Projects:

50% commission on company-provided leads 70% commission on self-generated leads Commission will be paid immediately upon SPA signing Fresh off-plan leads are provided daily

Compensation:

AED 3,000 - AED 4,500 per month (financial support) + high commission.

Relocation/Commute:

Candidates must be able to reliably commute within Dubai or plan to relocate before starting the role.
