Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking
Conduct property viewings and build strong client relationships
Understand client needs and match them with suitable properties
Negotiate deals and manage the sales process from inquiry to closure
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and documentation teams
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales (UAE experience preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional in conduct
Strong understanding of the Dubai property market
Proficiency in English (Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a plus)
UAE driving license is an advantage
