Burney Real Estate is seeking dynamic, motivated, and results-driven real estate agents to join our growing team. As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. You will play a key role in generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth client experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
o? ? Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
o? ? Respond to enquiries from potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
o? ? Arrange and conduct property viewings.
Advise clients on current market conditions, pricing, and mortgage options.
o? ? Prepare and review necessary legal documents such as Form A, Form B, and Form F.
o? ? Negotiate prices and terms between parties and facilitate successful closures.
o? ?Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
o? ? Stay updated on the latest property listings, price movements, legal regulations, and market trends.
o? ? Collaborate with team members and management to meet monthly targets and goals.
Requirements:
o? ?Proven experience as a real estate agent in the UAE (1+ year preferred; freshers with sales experience may also apply).
o? ?Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Must be presentable, confident, and client-focused.
RERA Certification is an advantage (or willingness to obtain).
o? ?Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and communities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
A valid UAE driving licence and access to a car are a plus.
