Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties in a professional manner.
Schedule property viewings, conduct site tours, and present properties to prospective clients.
Negotiate deals and close property transactions successfully.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and relevant legal updates.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience in real estate sales
(UAE experience preferred).
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English; other languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, etc.) are an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
