We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. This is a commission-based role, offering uncapped earning potential for individuals who excel in sales and client management within the dynamic real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Management:
Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate relationships with potential buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords. Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions.
Property Marketing & Sales:
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies for property listings, including creating compelling descriptions, arranging professional photography/videography, and utilizing online portals, social media, and other channels. Conduct property viewings and open houses.
Negotiation & Closing:
Expertly negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to achieve successful sales or leasing agreements. Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with current real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments. Provide accurate market analysis and informed advice to clients.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare and manage all necessary contracts, agreements, and other real estate documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to best practices.
Networking:
Actively build and maintain a strong professional network within the real estate industry and local community to generate leads and foster collaborations.
Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally to build trust and encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve Targets:
Work independently to meet and exceed set sales and leasing targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven Sales Track Record:
Demonstrated success in a sales-oriented role, ideally within real estate or a related high-value sales industry.
Exceptional Communication:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian, Mandarin) is a significant advantage in Dubai's diverse market.
Strong Negotiation Skills:
A natural ability to persuade, influence, and mediate effectively to secure favorable outcomes.
Client-Focused Approach:
A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals, coupled with a commitment to providing an unparalleled service experience.
Self-Motivated & Proactive:
Highly self-disciplined, with a strong work ethic and the initiative to generate leads and pursue opportunities independently.

High Integrity & Professionalism:

Valid UAE Driving License:

Compensation:
This is a
100% commission-based
position with uncapped earning potential. Your income will be directly proportionate to your sales and leasing performance.
