Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell

residential and commercial properties

in Dubai Handle the full

sales and leasing process

from prospecting to deal closure Conduct

property viewings

, meetings, and client negotiations Generate leads via

referrals

,

online portals

, and

networking

Advise clients on market trends, legal regulations, and investment options Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

Dubai real estate laws

, prices, and communities Deliver

exceptional customer service

and build lasting client relationships

Candidate Requirements:

6 months to 1 year

of real estate sales experience (UAE market preferred) Proven success in

closing deals

and achieving sales targets Knowledge of

RERA guidelines

and Dubai property regulations Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven

Valid UAE driving license

is an advantage Must be

currently based in the UAE
