Property Viewings:
Arranging and conducting property viewings for clients to assess their suitability.
Negotiation:
Negotiating offers and terms with buyers, sellers, and other agents to facilitate successful transactions.
Contract Preparation:
Preparing contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.
Transaction Management:
Overseeing the entire transaction process, from initial listing to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
Market Knowledge:
