Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai:

Client Consultation:

Meeting with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and advising them on suitable properties.

Property Marketing:

Developing and implementing marketing strategies to showcase properties to potential buyers, including online listings, social media, and open houses.

Property Viewings:

Arranging and conducting property viewings for clients to assess their suitability.

Negotiation:

Negotiating offers and terms with buyers, sellers, and other agents to facilitate successful transactions.

Contract Preparation:

Preparing contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to property transactions.

Transaction Management:

Overseeing the entire transaction process, from initial listing to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.

Market Knowledge:

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, including trends, regulations, and pricing.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and secure referrals.

Networking:

Developing and maintaining a network of professionals, such as attorneys, lenders, and contractors, to facilitate transactions and provide clients with comprehensive services.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal requirements and industry regulations.

Sales and Relationship Management:

Managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and providing expert advice on real estate.
