Azimuth Development LLC is looking forward to hire self-motivated Real Estate Agents for our growing team. Based in Business Bay, we provide exceptional marketing, admin and property support, sales training with a dedicated team leader and attractive commission-based salary.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Negotiate prices and terms between buyers and sellers.
Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions
Update and maintain CRM systems with leads and transaction progress.
Provide weekly or monthly sales performance reports to management
Conduct viewings and provide property information
Achieve sales targets and close deals
Prepare and review Sales purchase agreement , MOUs, and other documentation
Follow up on pending documents and coordinate with developers, DLD, and utility providers
Stay informed about real estate regulations, competitors and market dynamics.
Provide expert advice to clients on property investments, market trends, and financial aspects
Requirements
More over 2 years relevant experience at the Real Estate/Developer Company
Excellent communication skills
RERA certification
Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Fluency in English language (Russian and additional languages are a plus)
UAE driving license (Preferred)
