We are currently looking for a Real Estate Sales Consultant who is able to sell property investments to investors and brokerage companies. This role will be selling luxury beachfront commercial property that has few competitors in the market.
Responsibility:
To build a brokerage network with new and current brokers in the market
Bring international brokerage companies
Sell directly to investors
Work with company allocated leads and personal leads to close sales
Close sales and generate income for the business
Uphold the company image
Build reputation of the company brand
Requirements
Experience selling luxury real estate investments
Must have sold commercial investments including hotel units, residential units to investors
Must have a strong network of brokers
Basic salary and strong commission structure in place as well as industry leading sales training and development programs.
