Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Helping clients
buy, sell, or rent properties
in Dubai's competitive market.
Staying ahead with up-to-date
market research and trends

Hosting viewings and presenting properties like a pro.
Drafting and submitting
MOUs, Form Fs
, and closing contracts.
Coordinating with developers, landlords, and property managers to obtain
NOCs and approvals
.
Using your skills in
cold calling
and
prospecting
to expand your listings.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Enthusiastic, self-driven, and
goal-oriented
.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Organized and confident when working independently or in a team.
Previous
real estate or sales experience
is a strong plus.
UAE
driving license and car
preferred.
