Role Description

We're looking for driven and ambitious Secondary Market Real Estate Agents to join our on-site team full-time. You will work directly with property owners, buyers, and investors to close resale deals, build a strong portfolio of listings, and deliver outstanding service in one of the world's most competitive real estate markets. We are also expanding our international team, so candidates with multilingual skills or international client experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:

-Previous experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market is a strong advantage

-Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills

-Multilingual skills or experience working with international clients is a plus

-Strong understanding of Dubai's property trends and communities (or eagerness to learn)

-Ability to source listings, manage leads, and close deals independently

-Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment

-Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
