Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to meeting clients' needs. As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients buy or sell properties in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Property Listings:
Manage and update property listings on Property Finder.
Viewings and Meetings:
Schedule and conduct property viewings and meetings with potential buyers or tenants.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and new developments in the Dubai real estate market.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
