We are seeking a motivated and personable
Real Estate Sales Agent
with at least
1 year of experience
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is results-driven, knowledgeable about the local market, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist buyers and sellers in real estate transactions from start to finish
Conduct property showings and open houses
Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and marketing
Prepare and present offers and negotiate contracts
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and real estate laws
Maintain communication with clients throughout the buying/selling process
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed real estate agent
Proven sales experience and ability to close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and listing platforms
