Sales & Client Relations



Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting

residential and commercial properties

. Develop and maintain strong

relationships with clients

to understand their needs. Provide

expert advice

on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.

Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify and reach out to

potential buyers and sellers

through various channels. Conduct

cold calls, follow-ups, and networking

to generate leads. Maintain an up-to-date

database of potential clients

and properties.

Property Presentations & Negotiations



Schedule and conduct

property viewings and virtual tours

. Highlight the

unique selling points

of each property to potential buyers. Negotiate prices, payment plans, and terms to ensure

successful deals

Marketing & Branding



Promote properties through

social media, digital marketing, and real estate platforms

. Work with the marketing team to create

engaging content

for listings, videos, and ads. Build a

strong personal brand

as a trusted real estate expert.

Market Research & Industry Knowledge



Stay updated on

market trends, new developments, and competitive properties

. Provide clients with

comparative market analysis (CMA)

to guide their decisions. Attend industry events, property launches, and networking functions.

Documentation & Compliance



Assist clients in

completing legal paperwork, contracts, and agreements

. Ensure all transactions follow

legal regulations and company policies

.

Collaboration & Teamwork



Work closely with

brokers, developers, and legal advisors

to close deals. Coordinate with the

marketing team

to enhance property exposure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
