Minimum of 1 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management within the UAE market.
Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including key areas, property values, legal frameworks, and government regulations (RERA certification preferred).
Skills:
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
Proficient in using real estate platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, etc.) and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Education:
A degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
