We are seeking motivated and results-driven

Real Estate Sales Agents

to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while providing excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Market and sell residential and commercial properties in Qatar. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels. Conduct property viewings and present properties to prospective clients. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties. Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients. Coordinate with landlords, developers, and legal teams to close deals. Maintain accurate client and property records in CRM systems. Stay updated on Qatar real estate market trends and regulations.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or any related field.

3-4 years of experience as a real estate sales agent in Qatar preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of Qatar's real estate market and regulations. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused. Proficiency in English; Arabic is mandatory. Locally available in Qatar with valid visa and QID
