Job Description

We are hiring ambitious Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team in Doha. This is a commission-only role with no ceiling on your earnings.

Responsibilities



Promote and market properties across online and offline channels Conduct property tours and advise clients on available options Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, buyers, and investors Stay up to date on Qatar's property laws and market trends

Requirements



Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the sales industry (real estate experience in Qatar preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Valid Qatari driving license and own car (mandatory) Transferable visa with NOC Any nationality welcome to apply

Arabic language fluency is mandatory


Compensation

100% commission-based (no basic salary) Attractive, uncapped commission structure Marketing support and client leads provided
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
