About the Role
Keller Williams Qatar, operating under Eagle Wharf Realty, is looking for dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Advisors to join our growing team in Doha.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales by guiding clients through buying, selling, and leasing processes
Match clients with properties that align with their budget, needs, and preferences
Negotiate deals and provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and legal considerations
Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine property values accurately
Maintain and update an organized and current property database
Promote listings using digital platforms, networking, referrals, and creative marketing strategies
Stay informed on local real estate developments, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
Demonstrate
eagerness and initiative
to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in
real estate sales
(preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and
negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Fluent in
English
(Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Valid driver's license
Valid Qatar ID
Willingness to relocate or commute to Doha
Passion for selling and achieving results
Availability:
